In order to be able to rent from us, as a general rule, you must be over 25 years of age

All orders are made via booking.hulfjell.noand you will receive an order number after completing the order. The agreed prices are binding between both parties, and the seller reserves the right to make any typographical errors.
Check-out for the pod cabins and the Sjøboden/View is no later than 11am.
Check-out for motorhomes/tents/camping vans is at 1 p.m.
Check-in between 15-19
It is not allowed to "keep" pitches at the mobile home camp
All motorhomes must park in designated, numbered spaces, with the front of the motorhome facing the water. It is not allowed to back the car into the space.
All prices are in NOK and include VAT.
2. Rules of order
Smoking is not permitted in the cabins. On the rest of the farm, smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Pets are not allowed in Sjøboden and Utsikten. Pets are allowed in the pod cabins and on the rest of the campsite. There is always a leash requirement on the farm, and it is not allowed to bring your livestock to the animals that live on the farm.
Consideration must be given to others living on the farm, and it must be quiet after 10pm. This applies both in rental cabins and on the campsite.
Lease rights of campsites or cabins cannot be transferred to others.
Washing of the cabins is included, but you must take all rubbish with you and thoroughly clean before departure. (Sweep the floor, remove bed linen and place this on the floor)
3. Additional services
Bed linen is rented at NOK 139 per set.
4. Cancellation rules
For cancellations made 7 days before arrival, 100% of the amount paid is refunded. For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, you will not receive a refund.

5. Compensation
If damage or defects are discovered on arrival at the cabin, it must be reported immediately to Hulfjell Gård on telephone 47664189/90987080. If a tenant does not notify of any damage, defects or inadequate cleaning, it may mean that she/he will be held liable. Damage that occurs during the stay must be reported to Hulfjell Gård, the tenant must not repair any form of damage or defects themselves, without this being agreed.
6. Special conditions at Hulfjell farm
Especially for Sjøboden and Utsikten: Entrance to the family park is included in the rent when you rent Sjoboden or Utsikten Check hulfjell.no for information on opening times. There is no opportunity to use the facilities belonging to the family park, outside of opening hours.
For guests at the campsite or in the pod cabins, it is possible to book entry to the family park and the water park when you book your stay online. You will then receive a discount compared to ordinary prices.
If you want guests at the cabin, this is possible. Guests pay normal entry to the family park, and must leave the cabin no later than 10:00 p.m
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabins, and is only permitted in designated areas outside. Smoking inside the cabins will incur a cleaning fee of NOK 5,000.
